After a thumping 5-2 victory over Everton in the league, Arsenal are back in action this mid-week when they face Norwich City in the Round of 16 of the Carabao Cup. Wenger is expected to rest some of his key players for this game.
Team News
Danny Welbeck, David Ospina, Shkodran Mustafi, Calum Chambers and Santi Cazorla all remain sidelined for this tie and remain the only absentees for Wenger.
Formation: 3-4-3
Manager: Arsene Wenger
GK – Matthew Ryan Macey
With Ospina out injured and Cech needing a break, Wenger might give young Macey a chance to start in this cup tie.
CB – Rob Holding
The young Englishman has been struggling with confidence of late but this would be a great opportunity to get himself sorted out.

CB – Laurent Koscielny
Koscielny should retain his place at the heart of the backline for Arsenal, to keep the defensive stability of the side.
CB – Nacho Monreal
The Spaniard has been excellent at the back for the Gunners and with a lot of inexperienced players starting at the back, Nacho Monreal should keep his place in the team to add experience.
RWB – Reiss Nelson
After some impressive performances in cup competitions already this season, Nelson is fighting for a place in the senior side and will get a chance to prove his worth against the Canaries.

CM – Mohamed Elneny
The Egyptian midfielder has not been at his best this season but this game, against a Championship side, might just be the one to get his confidence back.
CM – Jack Wilshere
The English international is looking absolutely in comfort with every passing game and this game is one perfect chance to once against test him out completely.
LWB – Ainsley Maitland-Niles
Another youngster who has been impressive recently, Niles is expected to start as a wing-back on the left flank.

RW – Theo Walcott
The English winger has not been able to break into the first-team but will get a chance to show that he still has it, when he starts on the right wing against Norwich.
LW – Alex Iwobi
The youngster has not made a lasting impression so far this season but Wenger should give him another chance, more so to rest his first-team stars.
ST – Olivier Giroud
The French ace won the UEL game last week for Arsenal and will be high on confidence. He is expected to put in a similar performance in this cup tie as well.
