Polish player Piotr Zielinski has been linked with a move to the Anfield for some time now and according to recent reports the player’s move to Liverpool is due to complete within a few days.
According to Polish outlet Przeglad Sportowy, the deal can be completed as soon as tomorrow, as the terms have been agreed upon and they only need to decide on the payment schedule with the player’s parent club that is Udinese. Zielinski may head to the Anfield at an amount around £9m.
Zielinski will be the Reds manager Jurgen Klopp’s third permanent signing, the former two being Schalke’s defender Joel Matip and Red Star Belgrade’s midfielder Marko Gurijic.
Zielinski has been already in awe of the German Manager and it will be interesting to see how the two will fare at Liverpool.
The Reds are also very close to signing Mainz Goalkeeper Loris Karius. The player has already agreed on personal terms and within a few days time the transfer should be completed.
