The Merseyside club Liverpool are ready to offer a player-plus-cash deal to Southampton for their star man Sadio Mane, according to The Sun.
It is reported that Liverpool will offer their 20-year-old midfielder Jordon Ibe to welcome the Senegalese superstar into the Anfield. The Saints have rated Mane at £30m and it is believed that Manchester United are also having a strong interest on Mane, and therefore, Liverpool will be offering Ibe to bring Mane at Liverpool.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is in desperate need of an attacking personality, and it is understood that Mane can surely be the man for Klopp as Daniel Sturridge and Christian Benteke have failed last season badly. Mane scored 11 goals and also bagged 6 assists to his name last season, and was the best performers for the Saints last year.
It is believed that the move might hamper as Liverpool will not be featuring in in either of the European competition, but Southampton will.
